If immediate resolution is not possible, a service case will be opened by Vectech Solutions and the necessary information collected. The client will be given a case number and lwill be informed when and from whom they can expect a response.
When customers send e-mail (or postal mail) with a service request, Vectech Solutions will send an acknowledgment e-mail (or postal mail) within one business day.
Of course, if Vectech Solutions is able to answer the question or resolve the issue right away without referral, a case will be opened and closed and the client will be emailed (or postal mailed) the resolution.
Since clients do not always know to whom to direct their concerns, any employee at Vectech Solutions answering the phone is requested behave as a customer service agent.
When transferring a caller, the employee should always take the caller's "call back number" so that we could contact them if they are disconnected.
